		<description>It&#039;s an exciting idea, and I know of some projects that will snap up slots almost immediately. (The Mars Society is currently planning to spend a lot more than $8K for a CubeSat as part of their TEMPO3 project, but one of these would suit their goals just fine.) 

I&#039;ll probably wait until Interorbital has at least one successful launch (scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2010) before building any hardware, but there&#039;s no harm in putting together a team before then...</description>
